Refund Policy

Toppers Refund Policy

Registration and Admission fee are refundable within 7 days of cancellation.

  1. Complete fee for short-term courses (e.g., crash courses), test series, study material and video lecture courses is refundable within 7 days of cancellation. 
  2. The tuition fee is refundable, but the refund amount will be calculated based on the cost of services utilized.
  3. Scholarship amount is excluded when calculating the cost of services utilized. Scholarships are granted on the assumption of full course completion.
  4. The cost of services utilized is calculated based on the following formula:

  1. The course start date is considered as the enrolment/registration date.
  2. Course duration is counted from the later of the course start or enrolment date, until the course end date.
  3. If the student withdraws within the first month, the following will be deducted from the paid fee: Admission Fee + First Month Fee + GST.
  4. If the student withdraws after the first month, the following will be deducted: Admission Fee + First Month Fee + Charges for Total Completed Quarters (including the current quarter) + GST.
